The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on The Performance of Employees of The Room Division Department at JS Luwansa Hotel and Convention Center Jakarta

JS Luwansa Hotel and Convention Center began construction in 2012. They began operating on March 1, 2013, and a grand opening was held on June 14, 2013, by the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Mari Elka Pangestu. Mr. Jacob Soetoyo founded JS Luwansa Hotel under the auspices of PT. Agile Mighty Means. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with the saturation sampling method; this sampling occurs when all members of the population are sampled; this is done if the population is relatively small (Sugiyono, 2017). The people in this study are all employees of the room division department at JS Luwansa Hotel Jakarta. The total sample in this study was 32 employees.
